For such an audience, NZXT has launched a whole new series of Starter PC Series which is aimed for beginners who are looking to step into the desktop world.
The three desktops, starting at $699, have two-year warranties and standardized parts that one can also upgrade as they learn their way around a desktop. The three PCs in this lineup are named as “The Starter,” “Starter Plus” and “Starter Pro”. All three PCs use NZXT’s own H510 PC case and consumers have a choice to choose black or white color for their casing.
NZXT says that this lineup is a great first PC for beginners and comes with Wifi and Bluetooth ready to connect to anything you need. It also has plenty of upgradeability options for the future. All three PCs in the lineup come with Deepcool Gammaxx GTE V2 coolers and MSI MS-B905C Wi-Fi PCIe cards.
“The Starter” PC comes with an Intel Core i3 9100F 4 core 4 thread processor. It is paired with an MSI GeForce GTX 1650 D6 Ventus XS OC graphics card. The motherboard is MSI B365M MORTAR. It has a single 8GB DIMM of XPG Gammix D10 RAM (3,000 MHz) and for storage, a 512GB Intel 660p M.2 SSD. It is powered by EVGA 450W BR Bronze PSU. The Starter PC is priced at 699.00$ and comes with Microsoft Windows 10 Home and 2-year warranty on all parts & labor.
“The Starter Plus” PC comes with an Intel Core i5 9400F 6 core 6 thread processor. It is paired with an MSI GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER Ventus XS 6G OC graphics card. The motherboard is the ASRock B365 Phantom Gaming 4. The Starter Plus comes with 16GB of Team T-Force Vulcan Z RAM at 3,200 MHz in two 8GB DIMMS. For storage, it has the same 512GB Intel 660p M.2 SSD.
It is powered by EVGA 500W BR Bronze PSU. The Starter Plus PC is priced at 899.00$ and comes with Microsoft Windows 10 Home and 2-year warranty on all parts & labor. Unlike the Starter PC, the Starter PC is also VR and Stream ready meaning you can start out of the box if you want to use it for VR gaming or Streaming.
Last is the “Starter Pro” PC. The Starter Pro has the same CPU and RAM as the Starter Plus. But you get a better graphics card which is the MSI GTX 1660 Ti Ventus XS OC and a double the storage with the 1TB Intel 665p M.2 SSD. The price of the Starter Pro is 999.00$. It also comes with Microsoft Windows 10 Home and a 2-year warranty on all parts & labor.
