Bloober Team has announced that its upcoming cyberpunk thriller Observer: System Redux will also release on PC and next-gen consoles. The next-gen version and PC version will bring augmented visuals, new gameplay, and expanded story on these platforms. A free demo of the next-gen experience is also now live on Steam. The next-gen console release is still planned for Holiday 2020 while the PC version will also release in Holiday 2020 for $29.99.
Bloober Team has also announced that all existing >Observer_ players on Steam will have the option to upgrade to the newer Observer: System Redux for 80% off until September 15, 2020. Everyone who pre-orders the game will receive OST and artbook for free as well. Piotr Babieno, Bloober Team CEO said:
When we announced Observer: System Redux for next-gen consoles, we had a huge response from our PC fans asking if the remaster would be coming to their platform of choice. We originally only planned to bring the game to consoles, but seeing the feedback we’ve heard from the community, we’re bringing the game to PC as well. As a way to thank our community, we’re putting this upgrade plan in place and looking into options to do the same on the console if possible.
The currently release Steam-only demo can be played right now in English only, however, the full game will release will full support for English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Korean.
