Publisher SelectaPlay has announced the release of the physical Standard and Limited Special Editions of OVERLORD: ESCAPE FROM NAZARICK for Nintendo Switch. This 2D dark fantasy action-adventure game, inspired by pixel art and set in the rich world of the popular anime series OVERLORD, is now available in specialist retail stores across Europe.
OVERLORD: ESCAPE FROM NAZARICK, a Metroidvania title, has garnered significant attention for its immersive gameplay and intricate storyline, fully supervised by the series creator Maruyama Kugane. The game’s narrative follows the warrior Clementine, who awakens inside the underground Great Tomb of Nazarick, imprisoned by the enigmatic undead Ainz Ooal Gown. Stripped of her weapons and suffering from amnesia, Clementine must navigate the treacherous tomb, reclaim her abilities, and confront Ainz’s formidable servants to escape.
