Developer Far From Home has announced that Polish composer Pawel Blaszczak is composing the entire soundtrack for their upcoming title Forever Skies. Pawel Blaszczak is known for his composing work on different franchises such as The Witcher, Dying Light, The Ascent, Dead Island, and a lot more. Pawel Blaszczak is mostly known for his electronic and synth-driven compositions. To celebrate the announcement, a new track titled ‘Lone Scientist’ has been released that also features never-before footage of Forever Skies.

Forever Skies is a first-person post-apocalyptic survival game in which you return back to an Earth ravaged by an ecological disaster. You will be building and customizing your high-tech ship. This ship will serve as your home, workshop, laboratory, and more as you fly above the surface of Earth. You will explore the atmosphere of the earth and investigate mysterious anomalies. Maintenance of the ship will play a vital role as you extract and gather resources to improve your ship.

As you increase your scientific knowledge in the game, it will help you build and operate different useful machines. You will be able to analyze scanned items and reverse engineer lost technology to research new ways of obtaining food and resources and discover new tools. The Earth has a lot of ruins with high-rise towers that were built to escape the dust. These towers and buildings are surrounded by drifting debris caused by a strange anomaly, and you will be able to harvest it in order to get raw materials. Eventually, you will descend below the dust to face evolved flora and fauna as you hunt for viral pathogens to cure a mysterious illness threatening your family.
At this point, there is no confirmed release date for Forever Skies however you can add the game to your Steam wishlist. A free demo for Forever Skies is also available right now on Steam which gives you a small experience of what you can expect from the full game when it comes out.
