HandyGames along with developer ITEM42 has announced their first-person shooter co-op game called Perish. The game comes with its own brutal death metal soundtrack composed and written by the developers themselves.

Slay hordes of creatures on the black sands of Purgatory and sell their gold-stained corpses to craven priests. Kill magnificent bosses and use the proceeds to gain entrance to Elysium, a place of cosmic revelations.
So what is Perish? It is a four-player first-person co-op shooter that will have you entangled in endless battles in order to ascend to the heaves. You will face eternal doom and slay hordes of demonic creatures on the black sands of purgatory and sell their gold-stained corpses to exsiccated priests in exchange for increasingly powerful melee and firearms.
Get up to three friends and jump into the action where waves after waves of hellish hordes will come at you. Deploy co-op-specific gear and gadgetry to support, defend and revive each other on the perilous path towards eternal oblivion.
