How to Unlock
Master Arts are unlocked by gaining experience points for each character. This means that the more you play with a character, the more XP you will get to unlock Master Arts. This of course means that you have to play with a character to unlock their Master Arts if you want to get them.
While you can increase the amount of XP gained by making sure you kill all enemies, playing your natural game will eventually unlock the Master Arts or skills tied to that character. This also means that you will have to play with all the characters in the roster to have all their skills unlocked and ready for use.
In total, there are 9 characters that you will have in the roster, each with their own special skills or Master Arts. Switch between all the ones you have in your party to ensure you have all Master Arts unlocked for all characters as you gain the XP.
