Treasure Demons are found in Jails, where you will find a specific Treasure Demon occupying on of the Jails in the game. These enemies don’t attack you until you begin the battle and are indicated with a red jewel that spawns then once you hit it. You can, however, increase their spawn rate by equipping the Jewel Hunter skill in the Bond system.
