How to Get Oval Charm
This item can only be obtained after you become the champion by beating Leon at Wyndon. When you become the champion, you can then go to get your Oval Charm from Circhester.
When you reach Circhester, you will need to go to the hotel that will be on the left side. This hotel will have a small entrance that you have to enter and head on inside. You have to go one floor up, which can be done by climbing the set of stairs on the left. Climb the stairs and you will find a police officer in the first room on the left. Surprisingly, you will find this police officer to be Shigeki Morimoto of Game Freak.
Anyway, enter the room and talk to the police officer who will invite you to a battle. This fight will be against several Pokémon, and it is not that hard to beat, especially considering that your Pokémon will also be at a higher level at this stage.
