Sony has officially revealed the PS Plus titles for January 2023 and it seems to be a solid month for fans as we have a great lineup of games to play this month. Leading the roster is Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order along with platforming title Axiom Verge 2 and the online RPG by Bethesda Fallout 76 which had a choppy start but is currently one of the best online RPGs available in the market. These three titles will be available to all PS Plus tiers including Essential, Extra, and Premium on January 3, 2023.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order – Available for PS4, PS5
With the upcoming launch of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor in March, now is the great time to experience the first title Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order which was originally released for the previous generation of the consoles but has a PS5 patch as well. You step in the shoes of Cal Kestis after the events of Episode III: Revenge of the Sith when Senator Palpatine’s Order 66 is out to destroy the Jedi order and is making the way for the Empire to rise. You are the last remaining Jedi alive, and you must try your best for your kind to survive using your powerful Force abilities and your lightsaber.
Fallout 76 – Available for PS4
Fallout 76 was released back in 2018 and is the latest title in the Fallout franchise by Bethesda Softworks. The game is available as a PS4 game only and you will be playing the PS4 release of the game on the newer PS5 as well. Fallout 76 is the first online RPG in the Fallout series as you along with other players around the world emerge from your vaults twenty-five years after the bombs fell and destroyed everything. The game offers solo and co-op gameplay options as you explore, quest, build and conquer the wastelands.
Axiom Verge 2 – Available for PS4, PS5
In Axiom Verge, you will explore two connected worlds as you wield ancient tech and question reality. Axiom Verge is a sequel to the first game, and it expands on the universe with new characters, abilities, and gameplay. You will get to explore an earth-like world where the ruins of an ancient, high-tech civilization are present. The gameplay includes hacking machines, battling monsters, and using your remote drone to enter the Breach which is a parallel but connected reality filled with its own challenges and dangers. A must-play for all platform lovers out there.
These are the three titles that you will be getting with your PS Plus membership for January 2023. All three titles will go live on January 3, 2023, and you have until January 2, 2023, to add the games from December 2022 to add to your collection. The PS Plus titles for December 2022 are Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition, Mass Effect Legendary Edition, and Biomutant.
