Ben Clarke, CEO at Green Tile Digital said:
The team at Green Tile Digital has been eating, sleeping, and breathing rave culture ever since we began work on Strobophagia. We can’t wait for horror and EDM fans to put on a pair of headphones and immerse themselves in the kaleidoscope of horrors we’ve prepared for them. We guarantee the Headless Rave Festival will be a party to die for.
The game is set at the Headless Rave Festival and you jump in the game as a raver. The Headless Rave Festival is a carefree carnival of unabashed drunkenness, fluorescent body paint, and bumping electronic tunes set in the middle of a dense forest. Everything seems to be going well until the event organizers announce that the admission comes at the cost of one’s own life. At this point, everyone starts to lose their sanity.
Your goal is to maintain your sanity as sinister beings hunt you from the shadows. Using an in-game smartphone app mechanic, you must solve challenging puzzles, survive the sinister shadows, and connect with other ravers in order to escape from the neon-drenched woods alive. As you can see in the trailer, it is truly a unique kind of experience.
You can head over to Steam right now in order to download and try out the free demo or add the game to your wishlist and wait for the release later this month.
