The specifications for AMD Radeon RX 6000 Series Specifications Reportedly confirmed. The specifications were confirmed by regular leaker Rogame. Rogame tweeted the supposed specifications for the upcoming Radeon RX 6000 series cards.
According to his information, AMD’s next-generation RDNA 2 (Navi 2X) lineup of GPUs will initially feature two chips with vastly different memory configurations. Rogame has confirmed the memory configurations of at least two Navi 2X GPUs. These GPUs include the Navi 21 and Navi 22. AMD’s Navi 21 is based around the “Big Navi” GPU design which will power the flagship variants in the Radeon RX 6000 series lineup while the Navi 22 GPUs will power the high-performance lineup.
🧐
I've now got confirmation for both :
> Navi21 16GB VRAM
> Navi22 12GB VRAMI have no idea if these are full die or cut down SKUs

According to Rogame, the Radeon RX 6900 XT, powered by the Navi 21 chip will feature 16 GB VRAM while a card powered by Navi 22 will have 12 GB VRAM. There were alleged engineering sample leaks that showed a “Big Navi” GPU that featured 16 GB of Samsung’s GDDR6 memory across a 256-bit wide bus interface. So, it is likely that these are the specifications are for the flagship Radeon RX 6900 XT.
On the other side, the card featuring the Navi 22 GPU chip will have 12 GB of VRAM that may be running across a 192-bit bus interface. The Navi 22 GPU may be featured in the cards succeeding in the Radeon RX 5700 XT series. It is currently unknown if the two GPU chips that have been discovered are either the full (Navi 21/22) GPU dies or cut-down variants.
Currently, AMD has revealed its new cooling solution that will feature in the Radeon RX 6000 series. The new design shows a triple-fan, giant shroud design, and twin 8-pin power connectors show that the cards will pack a punch. The new cooler features three big fans with a bold R on each one, which appears to be a lit-up RADEON logo down the side.
The dual 8-pin PCIe power connectors also show that the cards will be power-hungry. The RX 5700 cards featured the 6+8 design so we may expect a higher TDP from the Radeon 6000 RX series cards. The RX 6000 series reveal also shows off its output display ports which include 1 HDMI, 2 DisplayPort, and a single Virtual Link port (Type-C) connector.
AMD has announced that Radeon RX 6000 graphics cards based on the RDNA 2 architecture will be released in the coming month of October. On Wednesday, October 28 at 12:00 pm ET, AMD will reveal their long-awaited Radeon RX 6000 series graphics cards which will directly compete with NVIDIA’s new RTX 3000 series Turing cards. We will have to wait and see what AMD can do to match NVIDIA’s 3000 series cards.
