Bethesda has announced that all pre-orders for Rage 2 will get a special cheat code which will give them Commentary from NBA Jam’s Tim Kitzrow. The commentary will play every time the player kills enemies using different weapons and skills. Bethesda even released a new trailer to showcase how it will work.
Bethesda released the new trailer on April 1 which instantly gave everyone the idea that it was an April Fools joke however The developer issued a statement to Polygon confirming that this is not a prank and it is really coming to Rage 2 for all players who pre-order the title. The cheat code will need to be entered in the game which will allow all players to listen to different comments by Tim Kitzrow.
He is well known from his contributions in the NBA Jam franchise and now he is arriving in Rage 2 with all his enthusiast and humorous commentary. Every time players do something big in the game such as set enemies on fire, explode them or kill them in any other funky way, they will get to listen Tim commentate on the event.

Rage 2 is the second title in Bethesda’s open-world shooter franchise and it looks amazing. It is coming after a long gap however the title looks amazing so far. This pre-order cheat might sound annoying to some fans but it is a good thing that it can be turned on and off on command since it is in the form of a cheat code. Players will be able to turn it on and off on command.
