Ubisoft has just teased Rainbow Six Extraction with a trailer, while the full reveal of the game will be showcased this week in the Ubisoft Connect Event on June 12.
Previously known as Rainbow Six Quarantine and then Rainbow Six Parasite, the game is going to be the next mainline installment in the Rainbow Six franchise. It has been teased with a few teaser trailers and reveals over the years after the initial announcement of the game, but now we might get a full look into the game and when we should be expecting a release.

This is the second time the game’s name has been changed, but it seems like Rainbow Six Extraction is what the developers over at Ubisoft have landed and agreed upon.
Back in March of this year, over an hour of gameplay was leaked online which showed the gameplay footage from the technical test. When it was first revealed back in E3 2019, the game was announced to launch in the first quarter of 2020. However, with the COVID-19 pandemic which caused many delays across the gaming industry, Ubisoft was very quiet about the game ever since.
Now that Ubisoft has confirmed a full reveal at this E3 at the Ubisoft Forward event, we might finally get to see official gameplay footage and details about the game that has been teased for way too long now. The best thing Rainbow Six fans can want is to hear a release date, preferably within this year. However, for any such confirmation, we have to wait for 12th June.
