Razer Book 13

Razer has revealed its new Razer Book 13 powered by the new Intel 11th Gen Tiger Lake CPUs. Razer is well known for its productive laptops aimed at professionals and creators but the new Razer Book 13 is aimed at those people who simply need to get any work done. The laptop is based on Razer’s classic design philosophy but with some interesting new updates.

The Razer Book 13 is powered by the latest Intel 11th Gen ‘Tiger Lake’ processors and Razer is also offering an i5-1135G7 variant, as well as the i7-1165G7. Both CPUs come packed with the new top tier Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics. The Intel Iris Xe Integrated graphics is Intel’s best and most powerful integrated GPU to date.

The two different CPU models also come with 2 different soldered memory configurations. The i5 variant has 8GB of LPDD54x memory running at 4267 MHz while the i7 variant has 16 GB of memory running at the same 4267 MHz speed. The drawback of soldered memory is that you won’t be able to upgrade the ram in the future.

Coming to the storage options, the i5 variant will come with a 256GB PCIe SSD and the i7 variant will have a 512GB PCIe SSD. There is only a single M.2 slot, so if you decide to upgrade it, you will be replacing whichever version you have with the newer ones.

The Razer Book 13 has a 16:10 aspect ratio display and FHD+ (1920×1200) comes in a non-touch panel for the i5 variant. The i7 variant has the options between an FHD+ with touch or a UHD+ with touch (3840×2400) resolution.

Coming to the pricing, the Razer Book 13 with the i5 configuration starts at $1,199.99 USD and will be available to buy sometime in November exclusively at Razer.com and RazerStore retail locations worldwide.

The Razer Book 13 with the i7 configuration starts at $1,599.99 USD and will be available to buy sometime in November exclusively at Razer.com and RazerStore retail locations and select retailers in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and China.
