Red Dead Redemption 2 released couple of days ago and the game is already selling well on both of consoles. There is also a companion app for the game that is very interesting to use. There is no word on PC release of the game but the files of companion app hints that there may be a possible PC version of the game in works.

This was spotted by Rockstar Intel, the companion app hints at a number of parameters in its files. The code words of the files give away that there maybe a possibility that Red Dead Redemption 2 will come on PC.
Here are few interesting parameters:

There were also other options spotted in the files on companion app which mentioned temporal anti-aliasing, resolution of water reflections, shadow quality and particle quality.
These file listing details are not in any way foundation to a larger scheme of Red Dead Redemption 2 coming on PC. Rockstar may take a notice of the details that are spotted and by chance if any PC version is in works, that will get revealed sooner or later.
The companion app allow players to completely disable the in-game HUD as all information will be shown on the companion app. Rockstar Games is planning to include everything on the app which is normally shown by the game’s HUD. This includes in-game maps, objective information, weapon information and all sorts of other information that an in-game HUD would normally show you.
The companion app comes with a complete interactive map of the game which will show players their complete surroundings in detail. It will show then General Stores, enemy locations, locations to hide from the law and other points of interests in the game such as safe houses and more.
