Remedy Entertainment has revealed that its upcoming action adventure third person game called Control is set to launch sometime this summer in 2019. The game was officially revealed in last year’s E3 2018 event.
The developers revealed the information about the release while speaking to Game Informer. The devs stated that the game will be released sometime this summer. It was no secret that the game was supposed to come out this year in 2019, though a release date was not confirmed. However, this is the first time an official launch window was pointed out by Remedy Entertainment.
The summer launch window hints that the game will be shown off extensively over at this years E3 2019 event, and a possible launch date confirmation coming out as well. Nonetheless, we can expect a lot of details and videos that will show Control in action.
So what is Control? It is the story of Jesse Faden who posses supernatural abilities. The game begins with Jesse trying to break into the Federal Bureau of Control, where the government is researching ways to explain and exploit paranormal phenomenon. Jesse wants to discover the truth about her own abilities and powers. However, her infiltration does not go as planned as she finds herself fighting to the Bureau.
