This Resident Evil 3 Remake Charlie Dolls Locations Guide will show you where to find all the Charlie Dolls in the game. Charlie Dolls are bobblehead statues that can be found in the different areas you go to.
In total, there are 20 Charlie Dolls that you need to collect. To collect the doll, you have to shoot at it. This makes it easier for you to collect dolls in harder to reach areas. Use a pistol and take your time aiming at the doll to shoot at it. You do not want to waste your ammo resources when they are already scarce in the game.

Below we have detailed all the locations where you can find the Charlie Dolls.
Charlie Doll #1
The first doll can be found in Redstone Street Station after you meet Carlos. The Doll will be near the red and blue boxes in the subway station. However, you have to wait for this section until Carlos attacks Nemesis. Now instead of following Carlos, turn around and climb the stairs to go up. The red and blue boxes will be at the top, while the doll will be in the middle. Shoot at it to collect it.
Charlie Doll #2
This doll is in the Art Storage Room that goes to the right from the entrance of Moon’s Donuts shop. You will see stairs on the right that you have to go right till the end until you reach the room. The Charlie Doll will be inside this room along with other collectibles.
Charlie Doll #3
This Charlie Doll can be found in Moon’s Donuts shop, where it is very easy to spot behind the counter. You might need a flashlight here to see the shelf on the wall behind the counter. A bobblehead doll will be right next to the microwave oven.
Charlie Doll #4
This Charlie Doll can be found in the Subway Office area, specifically in the Subway Control Room. When you enter the control room, you will see the bobblehead under one of the computer desks. The doll is easy to spot and collect.
Charlie Doll #5
This doll can be found in the Control Room of the Subway Power Station. The doll will be inside this room on top of the bookshelf. It will be right in the corner of the room, on top of the bookshelf next to a box.
Charlie Doll #6
This doll can be found inside the Toy Uncle Store. Getting inside will require you to pick the lock. Head inside and to the right where you will see a large statue, and mini statues behind it on the shelf. One of the statues is a Charlie Doll. Look carefully and you will see its head bobble.
Charlie Doll #7
This Charlie Doll can be found in the Lower Waterway section of the Sewers. Head towards the Lab area and just as you are about to climb the ladder, look straight ahead and you will the doll behind the bars on the ground. It will be hidden out of sight because of the pile of trash here, but it is on the ground to the right behind the bars.
Charlie Doll #8
You can find another doll in the Lower Waterway section of the Sewers, but this time you will find it when you get the battery and ready to head out. As you exit the Manager’s Office, continue straight, then climb the ladder down to the right, and use the battery to unlock the door here. Immediately after entering the door, turn around and look behind you, on top of the door, where you will see the doll.
Charlie Doll #9
This doll can be found Downtown in the house, where after fighting Nemesis on the roof, you will need to go to Gun Shop Kendo. Pick up the key from here and then use it to access the fenced gate on the side of the house. This will take you to the house, where the doll will be inside on a table in the kitchen.
Charlie Doll #10
To get this doll, head to the Police Station and go to the courtyard which will be right at the entrance of the Police Station. This section will be during your gameplay as Carlos. Instead of getting inside the station, but head down the stairs towards the courtyard. The doll will be on the brick wall with some plants and the bobblehead of course.
Charlie Doll #11
After you get the previous doll, head inside the police station and then head towards the Safety Deposit Room. Now look for the doll on one of the shelves in this room.
Charlie Doll #12
This doll can be found in the Subway Tunnels and during your gameplay as Jill. Head out from the Dilapidated Room and out in the hallways of the tunnel. You will see cells to the right, while a doll will be in one of the cells under a bench.
Charlie Doll #13
This doll can be found in Clock Tower Plaza which comes just after the Subway Tunnels area. Head outside and then make a left towards the green truck that will be on the street. The doll will be on the backside of the truck next to a box.
Charlie Doll #14
This doll can be found in the hospital and on the first floor. Go towards the Lab Reception, but before you enter the door, look to the left where the doll will be on a stretcher.
Charlie Doll #15
In the same hospital, you now have to head towards the Roof. Right as you take the exit door to the roof, turn right immediately and the doll will be next to the large ac unit and between the door.
Charlie Doll #16
Another doll can be found in the Sickroom of the Hospital. It will be next to the garbage can in the corner of the room. The doll will be inside.
Charlie Doll #17
To get this doll, head towards the warehouse section of the Hospital, but look for the forklift with the doll to the left just as you enter the service area.
Charlie Doll #18
This doll will be in the Underground Storage of the Hospital, where you will be tasked to finding all the fuse. In this area, you will come to a section where you can squeeze between two shelves and then on the other side. The doll is on the shelf on the right, next to the ladder.
Charlie Doll #19
This doll can be found in the NEST 2 area where it will be on the second floor near the Vaccine Equipment Terminal. Head out the door and then turn left, where the doll will be in the corner on the floor.
Charlie Doll #20
The last doll will be in the same area, on the second floor of NEST 2, but you have to towards LAB 1 and then to the small room that will be attached to the lab. Look for the doll on the floor to the left.
