Respawn is Bringing New Modes to Apex Legends Soon

Apex Legends New Character

Respawn has announced that it is expanding modes roster of Apex Legends and will introduce new modes to the game soon. Apex Legends started off with a bang back in February but its popularity has fallen immensely over the past weeks due to lack of content. Players have been moving back to other battle royale titles such as Fortnite, Blackout, and PUBG but now it seems that Respawn is planning to make the game bigger and better soon.

This was announced by a community manager for Respawn as he was responding to fan questions in a Reddit thread and stated that Respawn is looking into new ways to expand the game and is planning to bring new modes to the game in the near future however he did not share any more details about what could be coming to the game in these future updates.

Fans have been asking the developers to bring Solo and Duo mode to Apex Legends as well as other special events in the game as well. Epic Games is very good in this department as Fortnite currently has a wide variety of events for players to take part in apart from normal Solo, Duo, and Squads mode. Fortnite previously had an Air Royale LTM and is currently having an Avengers: Endgame special Endgame LTM.

This just shows that although Fortnite is a free-to-play battle royale title, Epic Games is adding so much to the game and it has tons of content for players to experience. Taking into account other battle royale game, Blackout also has special modes and events for players to enjoy as so does PUBG. Apex Legends is seriously lacking in terms of game options and even streamers who have been supporting the game for a long time are now getting bored of the game.

The first battle pass for Apex Legends was also a big disappointment for players because it lacked serious content and all it came with was useless visual upgrades which were not visually appealing as well. This had led to serious fan disappointment and eventually fans leaving the game. The community manager who replied to the Reddit post has mentioned that the developer will share more details about the updates in June so players are now looking forward to that.
