NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti specifications have leaked out online. The full specifications were leaked through a public validation made within GPU-Z. The validation was spotted by the editor of TechPowerUp’s GPU & CPU database, Matthew Smith and it gives us a detailed look of the RTX 3060 Ti specifications.
According to the GPU-Z validation, the RTX 3060 Ti has 8 GB GDDR6 VRAM and 4864 CUDA cores. The specifications feature the GA104 GPU and the 3060 Ti will be the second card to feature this GPU. The GA104-200 GPU on the NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti graphics card features 4864 CUDA Cores, 80 ROPs, base clock speed of 1410 MHz and 1665 MHz boost clock. The card should deliver an effective compute horsepower of 16.2 TFLOPs according to these specifications.

The RTX 3060 Ti will feature 8 GB of GDDR6 memory across a 256-bit bus interface. The memory clock for the GDDR6 memory is 1750 MHz or 14 Gb/s effective which rounds up a total bandwidth of 448 GB/s. The pixel and texture fillrate are at 133.2 GPixel/s & 674.3 GTexel/s respectively as seen in the benchmark.
According to different sources, these numbers are on stock speeds so we can increase higher GPU Clock and Boost speeds in overclocked third-party variants. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti is currently an unreleased graphics card and NVIDIA is most likely going to announce the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti sometime after the GeForce RTX 3070 in November with availability expected either during next month or by early December.
Over in China, several RTX 3060 Ti cards have been listed for pre-orders on Chinese online retailer Taobao. The cards were listed by various retailers and sellers over at Chinese Taobao outlet and have been listed for pre-order prices which range from 2049 to 2999 Chinese Yuans which equals around $300-$450 US. These prices are in no way official and we will have to wait and see how NVIDIA prices these cards to battle AMD’s RX 6000 series cards.
