With the game supporting Raytracing, the next generation of NVIDIA GPUs will have their work cut out. So, to build up the excitement, CD Project Red is giving away a single copy of a custom GeForce RTX 3080 graphics card featuring Cyberpunk 2077 theme on it. The giveaway is being hosted on the Chinese social media platform Bilibiliy.

The developer CD Projekt Red has already confirmed that at launch, ray tracing hardware acceleration will be exclusive to GeForce graphics cards. One thing is certain though, powered by REDEngine 4, Cyberpunk 2077 will require a lot of power, especially if 4K resolution is considered.

RTX 3080 is twice as powerful as the RTX 2080Ti according to NVIDIA. NVIDIA claims that the RTX 3080 will be able to provide 60 frames per second gaming experience at 4K even with ray tracing enabled. The GeForce RTX 3080 has 8,704 CUDA cores and a clock speed of 1.71GHz. The card has 10GB of GDDR6X memory and 320-bit memory bus. The card has 68 SM Cores, 272 Tensor Cores and 68 RT Cores.

The RTX 3080, which features 2nd generation ray-tracing cores should definitely provide a much better experience. In order to take part in the giveaway, head to this Bilibili page. However, bear in mind the promotion is only available to people with a Weibo account.
