
SNK has announced that it is going to release Samurai Shodown on the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S this winter. The announcement was made with a trailer that confirmed the game for the consoles.
This will be great news for the fans of the series, who might get the game pretty soon after the launch of both the Xbox consoles.

Since its inception back in 1993, Samurai Shodown series has redefined weapon-based fighting games. Since the last game in the series was launched back 11 years ago, the series now welcomes on the next-gen consoles. Always evolving, the series known for its breath-taking battles and stunning characters has been taken to new heights with amazing visuals and sound design.
The producer of the game, Yasuki Oda had this to add about the announcement,
The Xbox Series X|S is Microsoft’s most innovative and cutting-edge next-gen console which is ramping up to hit the market soon, and I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of its massive presence in the gaming community.
SNK has yet to confirm the release date for the game on the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. The developer has just mentioned that the game is releasing this winter, which means that it can launch anywhere between November and February. Our guess might be that it may release before the end of this year, but that would just be a mere speculation.
