Publisher StickyLock and developer Alterego Games have announced that their upcoming horror-adventure game Sanity of Morris will release in March. The game will release on March 23, 2021, and will release on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC and will set you back $14.99 across all platforms.
Sanity of Morris is a horror-adventure title that also combines detective mechanics with the game. The story kicks off when John’s dad discovers a government coverup of extraterrestrials, but he suddenly goes missing and his house is flooded with weird plants. You step in the shoes of Jonathan Morris equipped with just a flashlight and a notebook and try to keep facts from fiction.
You will need to reveal clues such as footsteps and hidden messages using your torch that will help you to find your father. Using the torch also alerts the enemies of your position so it comes with a price. While you are looking for your father, the enemies are looking for you and the torch is their way of finding you in the game. You can also use the torch in various other ways such as using it to clear paths between plants as some of them are reactive to light and shining your light on them will open up new paths for you.
