Bottled Messages can be found in on hidden secret roofs, inside buildings and one some scripted paths. In any case, none of the collectibles are missable and can be collected by replaying the chapter. You also do not need to play the entire chapter, but you can choose a certain area in the chapter you want to go.

Chapter 1
All the collectibles in the Back to Black chapter are listed below:
Bottled Message Collectible #1
This Bottled Message can be found in the Light in the Dark section of this chapter. It can be found after you meet the whale for the first time. Turn left and you will find the Bottled message.
Bottled Message Collectible #2
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Light in the Dark section of this chapter. This can be found after you clear the corruption from the buoy
Bottled Message Collectible #3
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Calming Down section of this chapter. From the previous location, turn around and go to another roof. It will be next to the Seagull.
Bottled Message Collectible #4
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Calming Down section of this chapter. After you climb the ladder to get the Seagull, continue down the straight path where the bottled message will be inside a room on a couch.
Bottled Message Collectible #5
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Calming Down section of this chapter. This can be found in the greenhouse.
Bottled Message Collectible #6
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Calming Down section of this chapter. This message can be found when you climb down the red ladder on a balcony.
Bottled Message Collectible #7
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Calming Down section of this chapter. This item is under a roof.
Chapter 2
All the collectible locations in the Mixed Emotions chapter are listed below:
Bottled Message Collectible #1
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Follow the Monster section of this chapter. When you meet the big bird, head left where there is a bottle message under a steeple.
Bottled Message Collectible #2
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Follow the Monster section of this chapter. Now you have to climb one of the chimneys, then jump on the floor. Walk across to collect the bottled message on the roof.
Bottled Message Collectible #3
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Dangerous Water section of this chapter. It will after the water level rises, you have to keep following the glowing light. Climb the red ladder and drop down the roof next to the lighthouse looking building.
Bottled Message Collectible #4
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Calming Down section of this chapter. After some swimming and platforming, you’ll have to climb up a red ladder. Keep following the linear path, then head left to pick up the bottled message.
Bottled Message Collectible #5
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Calming Down section of this chapter. Now head back and go stand next to the big sign. Then, jump down into the water and immediately head right. The collectible is sitting on top of a roof. Make sure you’re fast to not get eaten by the monster whale.

Bottled Message Collectible #1
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Train Station section of this chapter. When the chapter starts, you need to go left.
Bottled Message Collectible #2
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Train Station section of this chapter. You will come across a wooden scaffolding. Go straight ahead to find it at the end of the alleyway.
Bottled Message Collectible #3
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Dangerous Ocean section of this chapter. Swim across the building to the right and then to the one with the cupola. The item is inside
Bottled Message Collectible #4
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Dangerous Ocean section of this chapter. From the roof of the cupola, climb the building behind and then go right. Swim across to find the item.
Bottled Message Collectible #5
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Dangerous Ocean section of this chapter. Keep on following the beam of light until you need to get across a large water area broken up by some rafts.
From the first raft with the lamp on it, turn around until you can see a large building with three big windows. Make sure that the whale monster is not lurking nearby before swimming across. Continue down the path to find the bottled message hidden behind a chimney.
Chapter 4

Bottled Message Collectible #1
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Hiding section of this chapter. This item is on the top of the railway station, and on the roof.
Bottled Message Collectible #2
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Hiding section of this chapter. This item is on a roof, opposite the location of the previous collectible.
Bottled Message Collectible #3
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Hiding section of this chapter. From the previous collectible’s location, keep going left. A bottle message is sitting on top of a roof, in a corner.
Bottled Message Collectible #4
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Hiding section of this chapter. From the previous collectible’s location, keep going left until you come across a big, grey, empty roof. From here, turn around and keep walking towards the chapter’s spawning location until you find another roof with the collectible on top.
Bottled Message Collectible #5
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Bottom of the Ocean section of this chapter. Get on top of the railways and you will spot a big train car. On the left are rooftops where the item is
Bottled Message Collectible #6
This Bottled Messages can be found in the What Really Happened section of this chapter. Inside the train station you need to climb down the stairs on the right. The item is on the stairway.
Bottled Message Collectible #7
This Bottled Messages can be found in the Humiliation section of this chapter. When you enter the Turnhalle, turn right. The item will be in placed in the dark
Chapter 5

Bottled Message Collectible #1
This Bottled Messages can be found in The Monsters I Call Family section of this chapter. Follow the glowing light and at some point you will have to turn left to progress. The collectible can be found here.
Bottled Message Collectible #2
This Bottled Messages can be found in The Monsters I Call Family section of this chapter. When you climb the red ladder in this chapter, dive back into the water and climb one of the tentacles of the monster. Instead, dive the way you came from and use the momentum from the waves to climb atop a sign and from here jump onto a ledge. At the end of the ledge is the collectible.
Chapter 6
All the collectibles in the Hurt chapter are listed below:
Bottled Message Collectible #1
This Bottled Messages can be found in The Depths section of this chapter. Use the wind to get up to a level. Instead of climbing up, drop down. The collectible will be on the left.
Bottled Message Collectible #2
This Bottled Messages can be found in The Depths section of this chapter. Use the wind to go up another level. Instead of climbing up, climb down as shown in the picture below. Now platform your way to the collectible.
Bottled Message Collectible #3
This Bottled Messages can be found in The Depths section of this chapter. Immediately after the previous seagull, you will find yourself at a crossroads. For this collectible, go left and you’ll find at the end of the path.
Bottled Message Collectible #4
This Bottled Messages can be found in The Depths section of this chapter. Head back to where you came from and this time use the wind to go up another level. Use the pictures below to drop down a platform and get the collectible.
Bottled Message Collectible #5
This Bottled Messages can be found in The Depths section of this chapter. When you climb the two red ladders, don’t go the metal sheets. Turn right and walk far to the end of this section. The item will be at the end.
Bottled Message Collectible #6
This Bottled Messages can be found in The Depths section of this chapter. At some point, you’ll get to a wide area where you’re supposed to use some metal sheets to proceed higher. Instead, turn 36 the pictures below to know exactly where to go. Climb down the ladder and follow the only available path. The collectible is sitting at the end of it.
Chapter 7

Bottled Message Collectible #1
This Bottled Messages can be found in Kids section of this chapter. Go through the gate and head to the blue container. Enter it and make your way towards the broken railway bridge on the right.
Bottled Message Collectible #2
This Bottled Messages can be found in Subway to the Past section of this chapter. It is inside the underground area with the glowing kids in one of the trains.
Bottled Message Collectibles 3, 4, 5
This Bottled Messages can be found in She Still Hates Me section of this chapter. All of these are within close proximity to each other in the same square where the monster shell is. One is under a porch, the other two at two of the square’s corners.
Bottled Message Collectible #6
This Bottled Messages can be found in She Still Hates Me section of this chapter. It is on the roofs you have to climb in the square-shaped area.
Bottled Message Collectible #7
This Bottled Messages can be found in She Still Hates Me section of this chapter. You get this after you destroy the monster shell.
