Skybound Entertainment, the developer and publisher behind franchises such as The Walking Dead, Impact Winter, and Invincible, has announced its first-ever Regulation A+ campaign on Republic. The campaign provides an opportunity for the public to invest in a potentially fast-growing company. This gives everyone an opportunity including fans who have actually played these games to invest in their favorite IPs.
The Skybound Entertainment investment campaign is now live on the investment platform Republic where the company has already managed to raise over $11 million and the platform has described it as one of the most successful launches on its platform to date. You should know that this investment came from a private quiet period as well. Skybound CEO David Alpert comments:

As the publisher details, the business model of Skybound differs from most traditional entertainment companies in that it is creator and fan-focused. It helps creators popularize Skybound’s owned comic book IP with super fans through TV and film, and then monetizes it through video games and retail. Its partners include major streaming services like Amazon, Netflix, and HBO, mega-retail stores like Walmart and Target, and luxury entertainment corporations like Diageo and Creative Artist Agency.

Skybound’s offering is open to the general public now and you can start investing in the company from $500. The company plans to reveal special perks for a variety of investment tiers, from discounted merchandise to exclusive experiences and behind-the-scenes access. This will be announced at a later date.
