Sega has launched Sonic Mania on the Epic Games Store for a direct download from the store. The game is currently free this week on the game store, but players can experience the Encore DLC pack for Sonic Mania Plus, available for $4.99
The critically acclaimed platformer from 2017 is developed by Christian Whitehead, Headcannon, and PagodaWest Games in collaboration with Sega of America.
If you are unaware of the game, Sonic Mania celebrates the best of Classic Sonic, which now comes with 60fps gameplay and pixel-perfected physics. You can experience explosively fast speeds as Sonic, soar as Tails, or power through tough obstacles with Knuckles’ brute strength.
