TAITO and Strictly Limited Games have just announced the most complete Space Invaders Invincible Collection that is going to release for the Nintendo Switch. The complete collection will be contained in the cartridge for the Nintendo Switch with its physical release editions.
In total, there are three limited physical versions of the Space invaders Invincible collection that will be available on the Strictly Limited Games’ website on June 28.
Space Invaders Invincible Collection will contain titles from the Japanese standard and special releases on one cartridge, including Space Invaders DX (1994), Space Cyclone (1980) and Lunar Rescue (1979) – the limited Western collection even has the console port of the game Arkanoid vs. Space Invaders on cartridge, a unique title which was only available as a download code in the Japanese version. The experts from Gotch Technology have ensured a perfect and accurate realisation on consoles.
Space Invaders is a classic retro game that has been a big part of history in the world of arcades. It remains a highly successful game in the industry to this day and is highly prominent in pop culture.
