Below we have detailed all of the endings in Spirit Hunter NG.
Normal Ending
The normal ending of the game is achieved when one of your partners die at the end. You have two types of characters that accompany you in the gameplay. These are Amanome and Hazuki.
To get the Normal Ending, you can either have Amanome die at the end or Hazuki. Either way, you will be headed for a normal ending of the game.
Good Ending
To get the Good Ending, you have to make sure that everyone survives at the end. And by everyone, it includes both Hazuki and Amanome. This ending has two choices you can make. The first is to save Hazuki in the Kubitarou of Kintoki chapter of the game.
The other choice is to rescue Amanome in the same chapter as before. Both characters will require you to trigger their unique events. Once you have saved both the characters, you will achieve a good ending.
Bad Ending
As opposed to the good ending, it is no surprise that the bad ending involves having both your companions dead at the end of the game. If you are looking for this ending, and want to have both Amanome and Hazuki dead at the end, then you will need to choose three different choices for Rose Mulan.
The first choice is in the Screaming Author chapter when Rose Mulan has survived. In order to kill Rose Mulan, you first have to join Rose and then purify the spirit in the Screaming Author chapter of the game. Once you reach the Killer Peach chapter, you need to destroy the spirit, which will kill Rose Mulan. This is how you can get the bad ending in the game.

I let Kubitaro kill Hazuki and then did what you wrote about Rose to get the bad ending but Amanome still survived to the end. I just got the normal ending instead…
The descriptions here are all wrong; look at the source they linked. There’s just several variations of the endings – Bad requires Hazuki + Amanome dead (so first 2 spirits destroyed) but changes depending on what happens to Rose, Normal changes depending on what happened to Hazuki and Amanome, Good changes depending on who you picked to rescue first at one point.
I found this page while trying to find what the variations are actually like, since I just got Bad and have to replay for the others anyway, so I need to pick one or see if it’s really worth seeing multiple variations… kinda sucks that you have to commit so early in the game.
