Steelrising The Executioner Boss Guide

The Executioner is among one of the toughest bosses in Steelrising, which may be slow in its attacks and movement, but packs quite the punch when it comes to dealing damage with hits and freezing you in place with his frost attacks. This Steelrising The Executioner Boss Guide will show you how to beat this boss, what attacks it will throw at you, and the rewards you will get after defeating it.

The Executioner will look for chances to freeze you in place with its frost attacks and then open you up for more attacks, but getting close to it will have it attacking you with its flail. The boss will occasionally slice you with the flail, or sweep all around to push you away from it.

The most powerful and deadly attack is the chain throw attack which has quite the reach and is pretty quick to reach your location. The attack slams on the ground at your location, where you have to prepare and dodge at the right time to the side. Though this attack is pretty strong, it leaves the boss vulnerable as it takes time for it to regain composure. When you dodge the attack, run towards the boss to quickly hit it a few times.

The second phase begins when you have dealt enough damage to the boss, consisting of the same attacks as in the previous phase, but with a new AoE attack that will significantly deal damage if you are caught in the cloud. Other than this new attack that will force you to find a safe distance between the boss and yourself, the battle will and the attacks are going to remain the same.

Defeating this boss will give you Grade 3 Endurance Module, Cell Key, Module Key, and 16,500 Anima Essence.
