Streets of Rage 4 is Getting Physical and Signature Editions, Pre-Orders Open

Streets of Rage 4 was recently released and has rekindled the soul of a franchise which was long forgotten. Fans are loving the game after all these years however Merge Games has a special announcement for all the die-hard fans of the game. Streets of Rage 4 is getting a physical release for PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch while more die-hard fans will be able to get their hands on the special Signature Editions which comes loaded with physical goodies of the title.

The standard physical copies of Streets of Rage will feature a reversible cover with alternate artwork, an artbook, and a keyring featuring the game’s iconic logo. It is slated for release on July 24, 2020, for Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One for $39.99. Apart from the standard physical edition, Merge Games is releasing a special Signature Edition version of Streets of Rage 4 as well which will be sold exclusively on the Signature Edition store.

The Signature Edition version of Streets of Rage will cost players $59.99 for the Nintendo Switch version and $54.99 for the PS4 and Xbox One version. Along with the copy of the standard retail version, it will also contain:

  • Five limited edition enamel pins featuring Cherry Hunter, Blaze Fielding, Axel Stone, Adam Hunter, and Floyd Iraia
  • Numbered collector’s certificate, printed with the developers’ signatures.
  • Axel Stone’s blue bandana complete with Streets of Rage 4 logo
  • Outer sleeve featuring alternative artwork.

Streets of Rage 4 Signature Editions

Pre-orders for both the standard edition and the Signature Edition versions of Streets of Rage 4 are now live. Streets of Rage 4 is the latest installment in the cult classic beat’em up series which features 90s beats and over the top street beating. It builds upon the classic trilogy’s gameplay with new mechanics, beautiful hand-drawn visuals, and a God tier soundtrack.
