Red Art Games has announced that it has teamed up with developer Andrade Games to digitally release their title Sturmfront on Wii U and PS Vita with a physical release for Nintendo Switch. The Nintendo Wii U release is called the Sturmfront – The Mutant War: Übel Edition while the PS Vita edition is called Sturmfront – The Mutant War: Farewell Edition as it bids goodbye to the console.
Sturmfront – The Mutant War: Farewell Edition will set you back $6.99 while the SturmFront – The Mutant War: Übel Edition will set you back $9.99. A confirmed release date for both these digital editions will be announced at a later stage however both of them are slated for a May 2021 release. SturmFront – The Mutant War: Übel Edition is an enhanced version of the original classic bullet-hell title.
It features more content, enhanced gameplay, improved graphics, and more blood. Apart from PS Vita and Nintendo Wii U, Red Art Games is also releasing a limited physical edition of SturmFront – The Mutant War: Übel Edition exclusively for Nintendo Switch and fans can get their hands on a physical release of the title as well. The Nintendo Switch physical release is limited to just 2,900 copies and each will set you back €29.99 and is limited to just 2,900 copies. It is now available for purchase exclusively at Red Art Games’ online store.
