Indie games label Team17 and UK-based strategy specialist developer Absolutely Games have announced their partnership to bring a brand-new historical strategy game to PC and consoles.
Players can register right now to access to the closed alpha of the game which begins next year in 2023.
There isn’t a ton of information about the game, which is understandable as both companies have just announced their development stage. All we know is that the unannounced title is going to be a ‘historical strategy experience’, and original IP. We also know that the game will launch on both PC and consoles, which might include both current and previous-gen consoles.
In a short statement, Roger Carpenter, head of studios at Team17 Digital talked about their new partnership with Absolutely Games, talking about their newly established relationship with the developer.

On the other hand, the Absolutely Games’ CEO James Brooksby and CTO Adrian Hawkins added,
