TEAMGROUP Releases World’s First Liquid Cooled SSD Along with an RGB Control Box

TEAMGROUP LIQUID-COOLED SSD

Keeping its tradition of releasing innovative and affordable gaming products alive, TEAMGROUP has released two brand new products catering to hardcore gamers including a world’s first liquid-cooled SSD. The brand new products released by the Taiwan based company includes the T-FORCE CARDEA Liquid water cooling M.2 PCI-e solid-state drive and T-Force CAPTAIN RGB Control Box.

T-Force CARDEA Liquid M.2 PCI-e SSD is the world’s first SSD that combines liquid-cooling and M.2. With the brand new feature, it uses self-circulation cooling to lower the temperatures effectively allowing players to keep the disc cooled for long gaming sessions. With the liquid cooling in place, players no longer have to worry about keeping their gaming sessions short as SSDs start to lose their performance if they get too hot.

It comes with a crystal clear outer casing structure and T-FORCE Logo engraved on a metal trim. The sliding rail design (Taiwan Utility Model Patent No. M574264) offer superior build quality and style at the same time. The SSD was put through numerous laboratory tests and burn-in tests by the developers and the self-circulation cooling effect proved that this SSD can effectively lower the temperatures down 10 degrees.

It also comes with a PCIe Gen3 x4 high-speed interface which allows read/write speeds of up to 3400/3000 MB/s and random read/write speed of around 450K/400K IOPS. It not only keeps the system cooler with its cooling effect but it also helps in making the system stable with its reliable performance. It won COMPUTEX d&I award and was highly praised at its debut at the COMPUTEX 2019.

The second new product by TEAMGROUP is the T-FORCE CAPTAIN RGB Control Box which comes with a 4 5V ARGB connectors and 1 12V RGB output connector. It also comes with the multiple device support so you can easily switch the style when building the PC. The variety of lighting effects will certainly enhance your gaming atmosphere.

It has an exclusive utility model patent and great surface design texture. The lighting effect switch button and the T-FORCE logo are seemingly integrated and the magnetic feature allows it to be attached to the computer case very easily. Along with the 4 %V ARGB output connectors and 1 12V RGB output connector, it can also detect the source of the lighting control automatically to extend the synchronization signal connected to the motherboard.

If the controller is unable to detect any external RGB signal from the motherboard, it uses its own built-in lighting effects. It allows players to use both ARGB and RGB devices at the same time for more coordinated RGB lighting control solution. You can find out more about the T-Force CARDEA Liquid M.2 PCI-e SSD and T-Force CAPTAIN RGB Control Box by visiting the official TEAMGROUP website.

T-Force CAPTAIN RGB Control Box will be available for sale in August 2019 worldwide while T-Force CARDEA Liquid M.2 PCI-e SSD is now available for purchase worldwide.
