Techland has announced the launch of the Tower Raid open beta for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, offering a fresh, cooperative gameplay experience. From June 27th to July 18th, players can explore this new game mode and provide essential feedback to help shape its development.
Tower Raid, developed through the creative contributions of Techland’s community, delivers an intense and fast-paced co-op experience. Players team up to conquer floors filled with traps, surprises, and hordes of zombies. Each raid presents unique challenges, culminating in a rooftop boss fight.

Successfully navigating these obstacles and defeating the boss rewards players with valuable loot, testing their survival skills to the fullest. To keep the gameplay dynamic and engaging, new content will be released each week during the beta.
The Tower Raid open beta kicked off on June 27th, offering the following features:
- 12 floors to explore
- 20 modifiers to enhance gameplay
- 5 new levels at Jai’s with corresponding rewards to unlock
The second week of the beta, starting on July 4th, introduces several updates:
- A new “Elite Mode” difficulty, challenging players to complete 4 floors (up from 3) with harder enemies and tactical stamina, but with better rewards
- 3 additional floors, bringing the total to 15
- 10 new modifiers, increasing the total to 30
- 4 new rewards, totaling 9
In the third week, beginning on July 11th, further enhancements will be made:
- 7 new modifiers, increasing the total to 37
- 3 new rewards, bringing the total to 12
- Double Jai RP rewards for completing Tower Raids
The Tower Raid open beta will conclude on July 18th. To access the Tower Raid, players must unlock the second region on the map, visit Jai, and complete the “Lost Armory” quest, which unlocks the Survivor Missions and Tower Raid.
