How to Complete
To get this quest, you need to go to Edgewater and then talk to Constable Reyes. She will tell you about the marauder problem that the city is facing, and that she has placed bounties on a few dangerous marauders.
After you have talked to Constable Reyes in her office, you can then begin your quest to locating each of the targets. You need to kill them and bring their fingers back to Constable Reyes. The targets you need to kill are Doc Maybell, Guillaume Antrim, and Bertie Cotton.
Your first target should be Bertie Cotton, who can be found at the Marauder Encampment. Once you reach there, make sure to not get spotted by Bertie himself as this might make things hard for you. After you have killed him, make sure you take his finger to show it to the constable.
The second target is Doc Maybell, who can be found at the Marauder Hideout. This hideout will be near the Geothermal Plant area. There will be a lot of enemies here that you have to take out before you can go target Doc. Once you are done, take Doc’s finger.
The last target of this mission is Guillaume Antrim, who is located in the industrial zone, northeast from Edgewater. You will again find a lot of enemies here, but you can find plenty of cover if you stay behind the rocks. Once you kill them all, you can then go for Antrim. Remember to collect his finger once you are done.
