Below we have detailed how you can get to the secret loot location on the Groundbreaker.

How to Get Secret Loot

The first thing you need to do is to go to the Groundbreaker. From the location where you dock your ship, head northwest in the corner just before you reach the Security area. There will be a structure with the number 13 indicated on it, with a flight of stairs to its left.

Immediately from the stairs is a red ladder to your right that will take you straight on top of the structure. Climb up and then you will find boxes racked in front of you that will help you climb up more. Once you are up, you will find an open door to the right. Jump towards it to reach the top floor. There will be a few boxes you can loot.

From there, you can go even higher by jumping on the boxes straight ahead and then climbing the upper platform. Carefully jump across to the right to another platform where you will find a broken door leading you to an area inside. This area will contain some rare loot that you can find pretty early on in the game. The items might be randomized but you can expect to find rare mods and a weapon here.

  1. You better go back and play the game again, because the boxes you are discussing, including the one beyond the broken door contain nothng that you can’t find in any of the vending machines or from the merchants on Groundbreaker. Nothing anyone, other than you apparently, would call “rare”.
