Below we have detailed how to complete the Secret People side quest in the game.

How to Complete

The first thing you need to do is to talk to Velma in the Stellar Bay warehouse. She will want to locate one of her workers by the name of Braxton. To get more information about Braxton, you need to go to the apartments in this area and on to the second floor where you will find Laura.

Your next task here is to go to the Mather Residence. You have to search this house for Braxton’s headless corpse and take his ID off from the body. Before you do so, Edgar will invite you into the house. You can inquire about Braxton, though they will deny his whereabouts.

Continue investigating the house, and on the third floor, there is a room at the end of the hall that will contain Braxton’s corpse. Take the ID from his body. You will learn that the people in the house are cannibals and it is best to plan your escape from there. When the Mathers find out that you have located Braxton, Edgar will attack you.

Alternatively, you can avoid conflict by lying to Edgar. You can lie to him by promising to be sending more food his way. But it is best to kill him for the kind of person that he is, and your companions will also want them dead.

Once you are done, you can now return to Velma and give her Braxton’s ID. This will complete the side quest.
