Below we have detailed how to complete The Long Tomorrow Side quest in the game

How to Complete

The first thing you need to do is to go to Edgewater and find Martin Abernathy. His house is near the Cannery. When you accept his request to find him the medicine, you will find a woman named Esther who wants the medicine for the town instead of giving it to Martin. She will explain that he is scared of getting sick, but the town is in more need of medicine. You can make this choice once you have collected the medicine, and decide who to give it to.

To get the medicine, you have to go to the marked objective which will take you straight to the community center. From the main hall, you need to go to the medical area which will be to the right of the main hall. There will be an enemy here and it is up to you how to retrieve the medicine.

When you have the medicine, it is now time to return it to either Martin or Esther. While the decision is up to you, giving it to Martin will give you 800 bits by persuading him. If you are looking for more rewards, you can give it to Esther who will give you 1,000 bits and a little charm boost. Either choice you make will have no effect on the story of the gameplay.
