After the recent partnership of Ubisoft and AMC for a crossover event, The Walking Dead characters are now available in Brawlhalla as playable characters. The announcement was made last week where it was confirmed that three of the main characters from the TV show will be coming to the game.
There was no secrecy about what characters might be coming as part of the crossover event. Ubisoft immediately announced that the three characters would be Rick Grimes, Daryl Dixon, and Michonne.

The crossover event featuring the playable characters will run until October 28, and features Walker Attack, the new game mode allowing players and friends to fight off waves after waves of zombies or walkers as known in the show. The event will also feature a new map that depicts the survivor’s prison from the third and fourth season of The Walking Dead show.
In addition, you will also have the new Days Gone Bye podium, and the new Walker’s Grasp KO effect.
Three new The Walking Dead Epic Crossovers
- Michonne – Epic Crossover for Koji – With her sword and bow, the expert swordswoman is ready to fight, and she’ll do whatever it takes to win.
- Rick Grimes – Epic Crossover for Barraza – Armed with his hatchet and revolvers, Rick Grimes is here to show everyone what needs to be done to survive.
- Daryl Dixon – Epic Crossover for Ember – He brought his motorcycle, his crossbow, his knives, and a few other weapons to help him come out on top.
If you are not aware of Brawlhalla, it is an epic free-to-play platform fighting game that transports players to a fight for glory in the halls of Valhalla. Choosing from more than 50 unique characters, players can jump into single-player and co-op modes as well as online and local competitions. Brawlhalla also supports cross-platform play between the Xbox One family of devices including the Xbox One X, Nintendo Switch, PS4, and mobile devices.
The game was first released as an open beta five years ago back in 2015 and has been free-to-play ever since on multiple platforms. Ever since its full release in 2017, the game has built up a community of over 40 million players worldwide.
