The Top Rudder Solo 103 Ultralight Plane Arrives in Microsoft Flight Simulator

Flight Simulator Top Rudder Solo 103

Asobo Studio has announced that the brand-new Top Rudder Solo 103 has arrived in Microsoft Flight Simulator. Top Rudder Solo 103 is the first-ever ultralight plane developed exclusively for the game by Asobo Studio and Xbox Game Studios. Top Rudder Solo 103 arrives as a DLC plane so players will need to purchase the plane first before taking it to the skies in the game.

Top Rudder Solo 103 focuses on recreational aviation and is a beautifully balanced aircraft. It features sport and responsive handling with an exceptionally short-takeoff-and-landing (STOL) performance. The cockpit is open-air and if you love flying from the inside, this will make free-roaming and low-attitude flyovers a real breeze in the Top Rudder Solo 103. Since the airplane is pretty small and nimble, it can easily maneuver around places where most of the bigger airplanes are unable to do so.

It features a single seat and weighs less than 254 pounds. It can reach a top flying speed of just under 63 mph and a power-off stall under 28 mph. It is specifically built to meet the FAA’s Part 103 classification. With its small size and easy handling, this is now the best airplane to use in the game if you want to experience and explore the earth and the highly detailed cities in Microsoft Flight Simulator closely. Top Rudder Solo 103 is available now for everyone for $9.99 and once purchased, you will be able to access it in the game with all your normal airplanes. Previously, Microsoft Flight Simulator received its April update which added detailed France and Benelux to the game along with many fixes and improvements.
