Forza Horizon 4 Toyota

Last night, Playground Games held their Series 16 livestream for Forza Horizon 4 and during this update, they also revealed that Toyota is making a comeback to the entire Forza franchise in the coming days. The developers also revealed the first Toyota car arriving in Forza Horizon 4 as the 1998 Toyota Supra RZ. It will arrive as a free drop for everyone in the game.

However, Supra RZ is just the beginning of the automotive giant arriving back in the franchise and we can expect to see more of Toyota cars to arrive in the game as well. We can certainly look forward to the new Toyota Supra to arrive in the game now that the brand is making a comeback. This could also mean that Lexus vehicles might arrive in the game as well.

Before the release of Forza Horizon 4, both Mitsubishi and Toyota pulled their vehicles from the video game by announcing that they will not allow any video game which promotes street racing to feature their vehicles. This was particularly pretty strong with Toyota who allowed Polyphony to add their new Supra to Gran Turismo Sport since it features closed-circuit racing.

Mitsubishi came back in Forza Horizon 4 a couple of months ago and fans starting to wonder if this would be the case with Toyota as well. Just last night, Playground Games announced in a surprise that Toyota is indeed coming back to the Forza franchise. This means that Forza Motorsport 7 will also get a fleet of Toyota cars.

So far, we only know of ’98 Supra RZ to arrive in Forza soon however we can expect to see more cars arriving soon as well. Fans are particularly looking forward to driving the Lexus LFA and the new Supra to arrive in Forza Horizon 4 and Forza Motorsport 7. Confirmed release date of the cars is also not known at this point
