Two Point Studios and Sega have partnered to bring Two Point Hospital to consoles this winter in 2019. The game is a hospital themed management simulator that became an instant hit when it was originally released for PC.

The two companies have now planned to bring the game to consoles, which means that it will be available for players on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.

Bringing Two Point Hospital to console is something we always envisioned when starting up Two Point Studios in 2016. Our community’s number one question since launch has been: When is Two Point Hospital coming to consoles? Well, it is happening and we are very excited.

Sega talks about how the game would be specially rebuilt for the console versions saying that it will be fully rebuilt for console gaming, with controls that brilliantly work for playing on the go or with a controller in hand.

The console version of the game will also come with all the content that has been released so far for the PC versions of the game. What this means is that all the character customizations, the interior design features, and the room layouts will be included in the game for the console versions. This also means that you will be able to play the game’s recently released Pebberley Island and Bigfoot expansions that say the inclusion of new hospitals, new diseases, more challenges and winter, and tropical themed environment.

Two Point Hospital comes from the studio of Two Point Studios, which was founded by formed by Gary Carr, Mark Webley, and Ben Hymers. Earlier this year, the British developer Two Point Studios was acquired by Sega. The acquisition ensured that the game would have likely made its way to the consoles.
