Developer Beard Envy and publisher Kasedo Games have announced the release date for their upcoming title Uncle Chop’s Rocket Shop. Uncle Chop’s Rocket Shop is set to launch on December 5, 2024, on Windows PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch, inviting you into the chaotic role of Wilbur, a fox-headed mechanic in a frantic world of spaceship repairs.
In Uncle Chop’s Rocket Shop, you embody Wilbur, a vest-clad fox who must manage a series of eccentric clients and their endlessly faulty ships. The game’s mechanics push you to rapidly fix up spacecraft by slicing, tightening, loosening, and handling various tools as they race against a daily time limit. The tactile gameplay is designed to mimic the high-pressure feel of a busy repair shop, but for you who prefer a less time-driven approach, there’s also a Focused Fixing mode. This mode offers a chance to tackle repairs without the ticking clock, making for a more relaxed yet still challenging experience.
