Ubisoft has announced the release of Far Cry 6 DLC Vaas: Insanity which is based on the villain from the iconic Far Cry 3. Vaas: Insanity DLC will release for Far Cry 6 today and will arrive on all platforms simultaneously including Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, PS5, PS4 Stadia, and Luna. The DLC will be available to everyone who owns Far Cry 6 and it brings a brand-new experience to the title.
Vaas: Insanity will allow players to step in the shoes of Vaas, the villain who is again being played by Micheal Mando (Better Call Saul). Vaas: Insanity is a brand-new roguelite experience inside Far Cry 6 where you will start with nothing but a pistol to defend yourself. As you continue to explore the map, you will find new weapons and unlock new power-ups to become stronger and progress deeper into the depths of Vaas’ psyche.
The DLC Vaas: Insanity will help you understand Vaas’ past, personal demons, and motivations that led to his actions in the title. The DLC is playable inside Far Cry 6 and it is completely different from Far Cry 6. It plays out like a roguelite experience where your progress in the level ends when you quit or die. It is progressive and you can continue to experience it as much as you want in the title.
Far Cry 6 is the latest title in Ubisoft’s long-running franchise, and it brings a fresh new island for you to explore and take over. Detailed earlier by Ubisoft, Vaas: Insanity is one of the DLCs coming for the game which features the villains of previous Far Cry titles. After Vaas, we have incoming DLCs for Far Cry 4’s Pagan Min and Far Cry 5’s Joseph Seed. Pagan Min and Joseph Seed will arrive later in Far Cry 6.
