Verasity has announced the inclusion of its VeraViews ad stack in the IAB Global Vendor List or GVL. Verasity is an AdTech company that prevents invalid traffic across digital video advertising with its VeraViews ad stack powered by Verasity’s patented Proof of View technology. The inclusion of VeraViews in the IAB Global Vendor List is a huge step forward for how the company connects with enterprise clients.
VeraViews is an ad stack and advertising ecosystem powered by distributed ledger technology (DLT) and is built around Verasity’s patented Proof of View (PoV) fraud identification module. This enables publishers to transparently monetize their video content and in an industry first, Verasity leverages the transparent and immutable nature of DLT to give all advertising stakeholders access to tamperproof campaign data.
On the other hand, IAB is a global advertising business organization that develops industry standards conducts research, and provides legal support for the online advertising industry. IAB has over 1200 members in the UK alone. The IAB GVL is comprised of technology vendors that have signed their AdTech solutions onto the ‘Transparency and Consent Framework’ and have been approved by the IAB. The GVL is maintained by experts over at IAB and this list is updated weekly to represent the best in the industry.
R J Mark, Founder at Verasity commented:
Our inclusion on the IAB’s trusted Global Vendor List is an enormous step forward for how we connect with enterprise clients and prove that we’re committed to increasing transparency and professional standards within the advertising industry. Together with our integration at the ad stack level with Brightcove, and our work with upcoming partners, putting Verasity on the IAB Global Vendor List signals that we are ready and able to take our VeraViews ad stack to market.
At this moment, the GVL comprises just 800 technology providers, publishers, and brands: and includes some of the biggest names such as Amazon Ads, eBay, Experian, Google Advertising Products, Group M, Rakuten, Salesforce, and Teads amongst others. With its integration complete with Brightcove, VeraViews ad stack can now be easily deployed to transparently identify and discard invalid traffic which reduces payment terms for publishers and maximizes ROI on ad campaigns for brands. Verasity is currently working on future advertising platforms and video player support for VeraViews as well.
Product demo and additional information on VeraViews are available on the platform’s official website. Previously, Verasity appointed Perry Smith as Head of VeraEsports and VeraEsports was also selected as the official eSports partner for VALORANT Champions Tour APAC and Challengers 2022.
