ZOTAC has unveiled their variants of the newly released NVIDIA RTX 3060 graphics card. ZOTAC has unveiled 3 variants of the RTX 3060, part of their Twin Edge and AMP gaming series. The RTX 3060 was released officially by NVIDIA during their CES 2021 Keynote. And now, ZOTAC has unveiled their own versions of the RTX 3060.
The 3 cards are the ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3060 AMP White and ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3060 Twin Edge/OC. The RTX 3060 AMP White is a more premium version of the RTX 3060 card and features an all-white design. The cooler, fan, and backplate all come in a white design but the PCB is black.
The ZOTAC RTX 3060 AMP White has its core clock boosted to 1837 MHz but the TDP is still rated 170w. The card features dual 8-pin power connectors. The size of the card is 9.1″ x 5.6″ x 1.6″. The card features a dual-fan cooler which will be enough to cool the 170w TDP card.
The ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3060 Twin Edge graphics card has a boost clock of 1777 MHz. The OC version of the RTX 3060 Twin Edge goes up to 1807 MHz. Both cards have 170w TDP figures of the reference specifications and are able to retain the use of a single 8-pin power connector. Both cards measure at 8.8″ x 4.6″ x 1.5″.
The RTX 3060 is powered by the GA106 GPU which has 28 SM units enabled which makes a total of 3584 CUDA cores and 112 TMUs. NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 3060 also comes packed with next-generation RT (Raytracing) cores, Tensor cores, and brand-new SM or streaming multi-processor units. The graphics card has a TDP of 170W.
The GeForce RTX 3060 comes packed with 12 GB of GDDR6 memory. The memory runs across a 192-bit bus wide interface and features an effective clock speed of 17.00 Gbps. The RTX 3060 will retail for $329 and will be available from late February.
