You have the option to bring back specialists to your home base which will give you the opportunity to unlock new facilities and build them in your home base. It is the most important place for you and you will perform a lot of useful things here such as creating ammo, modifying weapons, getting vehicles, health upgrades and more. Prosperity Guide – Far Cry New Dawn

Our Far Cry New Dawn Prosperity Guide details everything that you need to know about your home base Prosperity and upgrading it. Some of the facilities will be locked at first and you will be required to head out, find and bring back some specialists to add more facilities to your homebase.

At the start of the game, Prosperity will be Level 1 while all facilities will be Level 0. They will give you basic functionality but to really get something out of these facilities, you must upgrade all of them to at least level 1.

You have the following facilities available to you in Prosperity.

• Weapon Workbench
• Explosive Lab
• Vehicle Workbench
• Expeditions
• Training Camp
• Healing Garden
• Infirmary
• Cartography

Prosperity Upgrades

Prosperity has three levels. At the start of the game, it is already level 1 so you only have to upgrade it to Level 2 and Level 3. Following benefits are unlocked at each level.

• Level 1 – All facilities can be upgraded to Level 1
• Level 2 – All facilities can be upgraded to Level 2
• Level 3 – All facilities can be upgraded to Level 3

At level 3, you will the highest level homebase and all upgrades unlocked for you that are possible in Prosperity.

Weapon Workbench

Weapon Workbench will allow you to craft and equip new weapons in the game. You start with the most basic facility. Find more Ethanol and upgrade the weapon workbench to increase the efficiency and craft weapons of higher ranks.

Weapons which are of higher ranks are more powerful and will really help you in the game to take down tougher enemies easily. To craft a weapon, simply head to the weapon workbench, choose which weapon to craft and trade resources required for them to craft and equip the desired weapon.

Upgrading Weapon Workbench will give you following benefits.

• Level 0 – Craft Level 1 weapons
• Level 1 – Craft Level 2 weapons
• Level 2 – Craft Level 3 weapons
• Level 3 – Craft Elite weapons and unlock the ability to improve each weapon.

Explosive Lab

Explosive Lab allows you to craft a different number of throwables explosives. Upgrading the Explosive Lab will allow you to craft new and better explosives to blow the Highway Men in pieces.

Upgrading the explosive lab will give you the following benefits.

• Level 0 – Ability to craft Molotov, Smoke Grenade and Throwing Knife
• Level 1 – Ability to craft Dynamite and Piercing Ammo
• Level 2 – Ability to craft Remote Explosives and Fire Ammo
• Level 3 – Ability to craft Proximity Explosives, Pipe Bomb and Explosive Ammo

Vehicle Workbench

This is your garage in Prosperity. Here you can manage all your vehicles and use them when you want. You can also craft here. For higher rank vehicle crafting, you must first upgrade your garage with Ethanol. Upgrading also increases its efficiency.

Upgrading your garage will give you the following benefits.

• Level 0 – Craft Rank 1 vehicles.
• Level 1 – Craft Rank 2 vehicles
• Level 2 – Craft Rank 3 vehicles
• Level 3 – Craft Elite vehicles

Expeditions

The Expeditions is a very useful facility in Prosperity. It will unlock Fast Travel ability for you and also expeditions. You can go on expeditions to gather rare resources which are required to craft higher rank vehicles and weapons in the game.

You can repeat Expeditions as much as you like but once completed, the expedition’s difficulty will increase. Higher difficulty expeditions will be tougher to complete but will give you better rewards. In addition, you can upgrade Expeditions to add a Helicopter to the facility and unlock Air Drop.

Upgrading Expeditions gives you following benefits.

• Level 0 – Fast Travel to Prosperity
• Level 1 – Unlocks Expeditions and Fast Travel to liberated Outposts.
• Level 2 – Unlocks Fast Travel to Locations
• Level 3 – Unlocks Air Drop to Locations, liberated Outposts and Prosperity

Training Camp

At this facility, you can upgrade your Guns for Hire to make them even better. You can increase their combat effectiveness at Training Camp by making them better. Upgrading this facility will give your allies better health and increased damage.

Upgrading your Training Camp will give you the following benefits.

• Level 0 – Rank 1 Guns for Hire
• Level 1 – Rank 2 Guns for Hire
• Level 2 – Rank 3 Guns for Hire
• Level 3 – Elite Guns for Hire

Healing Garden

This is yet another important facility, at the Healing Garden you can craft Medkits and collect plants to use in different crafting recipes. You can upgrade your Healing Garden using Ethanol to increase the effectiveness of Medkits in battle.

Upgrading Healing Garden will give you the following benefits.

• Level 0 – Basic Medkit.
• Level 1 – Medkits heal for 5 seconds
• Level 2 – Medkits heal for 10 seconds
• Level 3 – Medkits heal for 20 seconds

Infirmary

You can purchase different health upgrades at Infirmary. These upgrades will increase your overall health and make you tougher to kill. Upgrade Infirmary to further increase your health.

Upgrading you Infirmary will give you the following benefits.

• Level 0 – 100% Base Health
• Level 1 – 150% Health
• Level 2 – 200% Health
• Level 3 – 250% Health

Cartography

You can purchase intel maps at the Cartography facility. These mark important locations on your map. You can acquire additional intel maps after upgrading the facility with Ethanol.

Upgrading Cartography will unlock the following new items for you to purchase.

• Level 0 – Duct Tape and Components Location Maps
• Level 1 – Gears, Springs, Prey, Fish, Birds Location Maps
• Level 2 – Treasure Hunts, Photographs position, Music Players Location Maps
• Level 3 – Predators, Monstrous Animals Location Maps
