In this Far Cry New Dawn Treasure Hunts Guide, we will show you all the 10 Treasure Hunt locations, and how you can solve them. Though there are 10, you only need to collect 3 to unlock the “Finders Keepers” trophy/achievement in the game.

It is worth mentioning that you need to have the grapple perk unlocked and fire arrows or incendiary ammo that you will need to light certain things on fire. Also, it would be best for you to get the in game map by upgrading the Cartography Station at Prosperity that will reveal all the Treasure Hunts for you on the map.

While you don’t necessarily need to collect all if you are pursuing for the trophy, you can still go for all as they reward you with three perk points that can be used to unlock skills. The treasures also give you money that you can use in the game for weapons and attachments, armor, or costumes.

Below we have listed the locations of all the ten Treasures with their solutions for you to collect your reward, and unlock the “Finders Keepers” trophy/achievement.

Treasure #1 – For Whom the Bear Tolls

Once you have read Wade’s Letter, get to the roof tops of the FANG Center and go towards the church bell on the rooftops. Shoot the bell to ring it and it will summon a bear. You need to kill this bear and loot a key off from it when you skin the animal.

With the key in hand, look for a hole in the ground that will be to the left of the FANG Center. This hole will lead you to the catacombs under the church, which can be opened with the keys. Inside you will find the treasure.

Treasure # 2 – High Art

Once at the location, read the Hi After Highwaymen Note that will give you hints about the treasure’s solution. After reading the note, go around to the back of the garage and shoot the wooden barricade that will be blocking your way through the upstairs window.

Now you need to grapple to get to the top, and into the garage. When you are inside the garage, you need to turn the valves which will move one car. Climb back upstairs and jump across the blue car to the other side. Here you can turn another valve that will move the orange car, which will be hiding the path to the treasure

Treasure # 3 – Going Haywire

For this treasure hunt, when you have read the Highwaymen Note, climb up the house onto the roof. From the roof, you can peek into the locked door and the secured padlock. You can shoot the lock to break open the door.

Climb back down and enter the house, and then turn the switch that will turn off the electrical machine outside. With that done, you can now climb down the ladder into the bunker hiding the stash.

Treasure # 4 – Riddle Me Fish

For this treasure hunt, you need to enter the shed next to the house and climb down into the bunker.  Here you will find a locked door straight ahead and fishes on the wall. To unlock the door, you need to interact with the fishes in a certain.

The order to unlock the door is Green, Orange, Purple, Black, Blue, Yellow. You need to do this quick otherwise you can ignite the area on fire and burn yourself. The door opens when you have correctly, revealing you the stash inside.

Treasure # 5 – Target Practice

For this treasure hunt, you need take the zipline that takes you up the hill. This will take you to a hole that goes underground. Head down through all the way, then take the stairs leading you to a large machine. Turn the power on and shoot all the moving targets.

First you need to hit the target on the left and then on the right. This will open a door revealing the treasure inside.

Treasure # 6 – Rescuers Go Under

For this treasure, read the note, and then turn to your right to grapple all the way to the top of the hill. There are a lot of grapple points that you will need to take in order to reach the top.

Once you get to the top, continue straight towards a hole in the ground that is actually filled with water, and is a cave. Swim through the cave, and follow a series of grappling hooks until you reach the end of the cave. Keep going deeper into the cave, where you will again come underwater.

Now you will see a car, of which you have to loosen the breaks. When the car falls in the water, jump on the car and from the car you can access the ledge that has the blue ropes for you to climb onto. Here you will find the stash

Treasure # 7 – Burning Souls

For this Treasure hunt, read the note and then find the bonfire that will be in front of a locked gate at the end of the village. Find the bodies of the 5 dead villages and put then next to the bonfire. The bodies are scattered around the area.

Once you have all the bodies at the bonfire, light them up with a burning arrow where the big gate will open revealing the stash inside.

Treasure #  8 – The Best Laid Plans

For this treasure, you need to follow a series of grappling hooks. Use the grapple on the broken train compartments that are hanging from the bridge. The stash is at the end of the bridge.

Treasure #  9 – Light ‘Em Up

For this treasure, read the note and then destroy the wooden boards that are at the back of the building. A wolverine will attack you, but to the left are some wooden boards that can be broken to enter the wolverine nest. Follow this path into the house, and kill the wolverine at the nest.

This will give you a key from the wolverine corpse. Head back outside, and open the locked door with the key on the shed outside. The stash will be in this shed.

Treasure # 10 – Go With the Flow

For this treasure, read the Journal Page and then go back out of the cave, straight towards the zipline across the small lake. The key will be behind the fire that is burning. Here you will also be attacked by wolves. Run towards the left, over the ramp and keep following the patch downwards.

Keep following the path down the river, attacking any animals that come for you. When you jump down a waterfall, look towards the left where e cave will be leading to a locked door. Unlock the door with the key, for the stash that is inside.
