In this The Division 2 Perks guide, we will list all of the Perks that are available in the game, and then highlight what are some of the best perks you can have unlocked for yourself as early in the gameplay as you can.
Perks are different form Skills as they increase the characteristics of your player, as opposed to combat skills. From allowing you to carry more resources, weapons and armor, to finding crafting materials. With each Perk, you can allow your character to be much better in all of those aspects.
Perks can be unlocked by speaking to the Quartermaster, where your Perks can be bought in exchange SHD tech cache points. These are obtained when you level up, or can be found all throughout the map of the game. SHD tech cache points can be found in every safehouse of the region that you are in.
Its not to hard to unlock Perks in the game, as many of them will be available to you from the starting of the game. Though some Perks come in tiers that require more SHD tech cache points to unlock.

Best Perks to Unlock
There are many Perks that you can unlock, especially when it is all about your preference. Though some Perks and their advantages are absolutely necessary for any sort of gameplay.
Perk upgrades are mostly needed to get more resources and items. This is where you can unlock the Deconstruction Perk as it gives you more materials with every deconstruction you perform.
Other ways you would need resources is by unlocking the Field Proficiency Cache, which costs a lot, but gives you additional items per cache opened. Another is the Signature Weapon Ammo which increases the amount of ammo that is dropped, giving you a lot of freedom to use your newly obtained weapon to its full potential.
Lastly, unlocking the Accolade Perk can also be very handy if you want to progress through player levels quickly. This perk will increase XP bonuses with actions like multi-kills or headshots. The perk is pretty cheap as well, so it’s likely the first thing you should unlock.
