Ashina Arts
This Skill Tree focuses on combat and swordplay. It is best for direct confrontation with the enemy, for players who do not care so much about the stealth tactics. Bosses require players to be upfront, so the skills in the Ashina Arts are vital in defeating a boss.
All the Skills are detailed below:
Ichimonji
This skill delivers a heavy, one hit overhead sword strike that deals high Posture damage and also recovers the players own posture with a strong forward step. Unlocking this skill requires 2 Skill Points and can be taken from the Sculptor’s Idol.
Descending Carp
This skill increases the damage to an enemy’s Posture from all sources, after a deflection. It requires 1 Skill Point and can be unlocked from the Sculptor’s idol.
Ichimonji: Double
This skill adds a follow-up overhead sword strike to Ichimonji. It deals high Posture damage and also recovers your own posture with a strong forward step. The skill requires 2 Skill Points to unlock, and can be acquired from a Sculptor’s idol.
Ashina Cross
This skill allows from a sheathed stance to draw a blade at high speed. It costs Spirit Emblems to use. You can hold the stance to intercept at will. It is a secret technique of the Ashina style, devoted to the master of a swift kill.
This skill requires 5 Skill Points to unlock, and can be done so from the Sculptor’s idol.
Ascending Carp
This skill increases the damage inflicted to the posture upon successfully Deflection. It requires 2 Skill Points and can be unlocked from the Sculptor’s idol
Breath of the Nature: Light
This is a Latent or passive Skill that recovers Posture upon executing a successful deathblow. It requires 2 Skill Points and can be unlocked from the Sculptor’s idol.
Flowing Water
This is a Latent or passive skill that reduces the amount of damage to Posture when attacked by an enemy with a sword. It requires 3 Skill Points and can be unlocked from the Sculptor’s idol.
